Jeff Grim

Jeff Grim received his Bachelor of Arts in Administration of Justice from the University of Wyoming, Laramie, Wyoming. He began his professional career as a Civil Engineer. He has over 14 years of result filled Civil Engineering experience. Some of this experience includes budgeting, cost estimating and cost analysis.

Through his many years of experience in the engineering field he has learned the number one priority in any business is the client. He has proven that he has a thorough understanding of the clients needs and the ability to meet demanding deadlines. His ability to handle complex technical challenges in engineering allows him to transfer those skills to the accounting industry seamlessly. Being proficient in Quickbooks and Excel allows him to handle any needs the client may have.

In 2006, Jeff along with his wife, Jennifer, started Integrity Books and Payroll to exclusively serve the tax and accounting needs of small businesses. This business venture enables him to use his excellent communication verbal and written talents and effective report writing from his work experience to benefit Integrity’s operations. Over the past 3 years, Jeff has been instrumental in Integrity’s growth and development.

Jeff has also been involved in the community serving as a Sunday school teacher at The Meeting Place, a church in Ft. Collins. Jeff has also taught Dave Ramsey’s course “Financial Peace University” in his church. Financial Peace University is a 13 week course dealing in topics such as cash flow planning, investing, saving, credit, retirement, and giving.
