Jason Barth, Owner

Jason Barth is the newest member to the Integrity Team. Since 1997, Jason has lived in North Texas and in 2002, moved to Frisco. In addition to Integrity Books & Payroll, Jason is currently the Senior Accounting Manager at Bailey Banks & Biddle. Previously, Jason was the General Manager at the Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch, a 75,000-square-foot fitness center and day spa located in McKinney, Texas.

Bailey Banks & Biddle has been a name synonymous with jewelry for centuries. In 2010 they re-organized after emerging from bankruptcy and, after being a client's of Integrity, hired Jason to run their day to day Accounts Payable department.

While at Cooper, Jason worked for the organization for more than 13 years, originally working as a summer camp counselor for Cooper Fitness Center and advancing to other positions within the award-winning fitness facility. In 1999, he was named director of the year for Cooper Fitness Center serving as Program Director and in 2000, was promoted to Finance Director. Jason was named Executive Director of Cooper Spa in 2001 and became a vice president within the company. Jason’s strong managerial skills and business acumen transformed the spa into a profitable entity and was named by Fitness Magazine as “one of the best one-day escapes in the United States.” Jason’s success led the founder and CEO of the company, Dr. Kenneth Cooper to appoint him as the director of the 35-year-old company’s first-ever expansion in McKinney.

Under Jason’s direction, Cooper Fitness Center at Craig Ranch was recognized by both Club Industry’s Fitness Business Pro and Fitness Management as a 2 time Nova 7 Award Winner and a 5 time semifinalist. Craig Ranch was a winner for its Facility Design & Construction and New Member Orientation Program.

Jason is an accomplished speaker who has spoken at fitness and spa industry trade shows on all aspects of facility management and is frequently a guest columnist for trade magazines. He is certified by The Cooper Institute in Health Promotion, Providing Dietary Guidance and Physical Fitness Specialist. Jason received his B.A. in Speech Communication and a Master of Education degree in Sports Management from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jason also has ties in the local community serving as a deacon and the Chair of the Finance Committee at Preston Ridge Church in Frisco. In this capacity, Jason oversees all aspects of the church’s finances including budget, accounts receivable, accounts payable, designated funds, personnel management, capital improvements, and cash flow management.
